Moje diplomová práce na téma "Nekalosoutěžní praktiky dle generální klauzule" se zabývá především nepojmenovanými skutkovými podstatami nekalé soutěže a jejich odrazy v soudní praxi.
Abstract:
The thesis is dealing with the theme Unfair Business Practices in Accordance with the General Clause. Main part of my thesis aims at judge-made law against unfair competition.
