Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výstavbou rodinného hotelu. Cílem práce je popsat jednotlivé kroky, především legislativní, finanční a marketingové, které je třeba podniknout pro to, aby byl rodinný hotel vystavěn a úspěšné uveden do provozu. V teoretické části práce definuje hotelnictví, uvádí platné zákony a kroky před jeho samostatnou výstavbou a rovněž shrnuje různé typy marketingových analýz.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the establishment of a family hotel. The main goal of the thesis is to describe the individual legislative, financial and marketing steps leading to a successful construction and management of a newly-established family hotel.
