Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa venuje analýze externej komunikácie Galantskej knižnice. Práca je rozdelená na dve časti. V prvej, teoretickej časti prezentujeme základný prehľad marketingovej komunikácii vo verejných knižniciach. Druhá časť práce je venovaná analýze externej komunikácie Galantskej knižnice. Výstup praktickej časti predstavuje návrh na zlepšenie marketingových aktivít tejto knižnice.
