Proceedings in the Cases of the Returning of the Minor Child Connected with the Interntational Kidnap
Abstract:
V roce 2008 bylo v českém právním řádu zakotveno speciální řízení o návrácení nezletilého dítěte ve věcech mezinárodních únosů dětí, jímž se tato diplomová práce primárně zabývá. Práce dále poskytuje analýzu pramenů mezinárodního práva a práva Evropské unie, které regulují řízení o navrácení dítěte ve věcech mezinárodních únosů dětí, a připomíná faktory vedoucí k jejich přijetí.

In 2008, a special proceedings concerning the return of minor children in the matter of international child abduction was embedded into the Czech Legal System, which is the primary objective of this thesis.
