Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zaobírá adaptací zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Zaměřením práce je zkvalitnění adaptačních procesů a zaměření na konkrétní zaměstnance. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the adaptation of employees in the chosen company. The thesis focuses on improving the quality of adaptation processes and focusing on specific employees. Based on the findings, a recommendation for improving the processes will be proposed. The theoretical part summarises the basic terminology.
