Analysis of mediation services in the financial sector

Abstract:

Zprostředkovatelské služby patří bezesporu ke klíčovým a nejdůležitějším činnostem ve finančním sektoru. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá nejprve vysvětlením finančního trhu a finančními službami, později popisuje finanční zprostředkovatele, a to převážně pojišťovací a investiční. V této práci je také uvedeno, co mají společného a čím se odlišují finanční společnosti se síťovým marketingem a broker poolové společnosti. Přínosem této diplomové práce je tedy prozkoumání současné situace ve finančně poradenských společnostech v České republice a zjištění jak tyto společnosti vnímá široká veřejnost.

Abstract:

Mediation services are undoubtedly one of the key and most important activities of the financial sector. This thesis is explaining the financial market and financial services first, later describes it financial intermediaries, mainly insurance and investment. In this thesis is also adduced what financial companies have common and different with multilevel marketing company and broker pool company. The contribution of this thesis is to explore the current situation in the financial consultancy companies in the Czech Republic and to learn how these companies are perceived by the general public.
