Obsahem bakalářské práce je pojednání na téma pojistných podvodů. Úvodní část se věnuje právní úpravě trestného činu pojistného podvodu, jeho charakteristickým znakům a způsobům dělení. The bachelor thesis deals with an issue of the insurance frauds. The introduction is dedicated to the legal regulation of the insurance fraud in accordance with Criminal Code, its characteristic features and methods of division.
