Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce "Analýza aspektů řízení rizik ve společnosti BMTO GROUP a.s." je analýza řízení rizik a analýza rizik ohrožujících tuto společnost s následným návrhem možných opatření. První částí celé práce je teoretická analýza možných rizik pro soukromé podnikatelské subjekty a jejich teoretická deskripce na základě dostupné literatury. V teoretické části bude také dále mimo jiné porovnán klasický přístup řízení rizik a využití normy ISO 31000. Druhou částí diplomové práce bude propojení teoretických poznatků do praxe ve spolupráci se společností BMTO GROUP a.s., kde bude zjištěn stávající stav řízení rizik ve společnosti, jeho vývoj a dále také možnosti jeho nového směřování. Analýza praktické stránky bude zaměřena na možnost zavedení normy ISO 31000 a dalších ochranných prostředků před rizikem přímo do podnikového řízení, např.: možnost zapojení informačního systému jako účinného nástroje pro řízení rizik. Výstupem bude zhodnocení přínosu celé práce a také zpracování návrhu na možná doporučení pro řízení rizik v již zmíněné společnosti.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis "Analysis of aspects of risk management in the company BMTO GROUP a.s." is an analysis of aspects of risk management and analysis of risks in this company with followed concept of possible precautions. The first part of the thesis is a theoretical analysis of the potential risks for private businesses and their theoretical description based on the available literature. The theoretical part will also include, inter alia, compared to classical approaches to risk management and the use of ISO 31000th. The second part will link theoretical knowledge into practice in cooperation with BMTO GROUP a.s., where current state of risk management will be detected, its development and also the possibility of a new direction in this scope. Analysis of the practical aspects will be focused on the possibility of introducing ISO 31000 and other protective precautions before risks in corporate governance, such as: the possibility of the involvement of an information system as an effective tool for risk management. The output of this thesis will be the evaluation of positive effects of the work and the drafting of the possible recommendations for risk management in the aforementioned company.
