Abstract:

Anotace Tato absolventská práce s názvem Hlavní příčiny sexuálního zneužívání z mezioborového pohledu ve službě interdisciplinárního potírání. Cílem je seznámení s hlavními důvody sexuálního zneužívání dětí. Prostřednictvím těchto faktorů se může interdisciplinárně potírat trestný čin pohlavní zneužití. Důležitý je vznik interdisciplinárního týmu složeného z odborníků z různých oblastí – psycholog, orgán sociálně – právní ochrana dětí, policie aj. Odborníci v tomto týmu mohou svými vědomostmi a zkušenostmi pozitivně přispět v boji proti sexuálnímu zneužívání dětí. Znalostí faktorů sexuálního zneužívání se může následně navázat na jeho interdisciplinární potírání. Tato práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol, které se zabývají touto problematikou. Seznamuje s základními okruhy sexuálního zneužívání – vymezení sexuálního zneužívání, komerčního sexuálního zneužívání a jejich formami. Nabízí typologii pachatelů CSA a CSEC a pohled z hlediska trestního zákoníku.

Abstract:

Abstract This graduate work entitled The causes of sexual abuse from an interdisciplinary perspective in interdisciplinary combat service. The aim is to introduce the main causes of child sexual abuse. Through these factors can be of child sexual abuse. Through these factors can be inter-disciplinary combat crime of sexual abuse. What is important is the emergence of an interdisciplinary team of experts from different fields – a psychologist, a social institution – the legal protection of children, police and others professionals on this team, can provide knowledge and experience to contribute positively in the fight against sexual exploitation of children. Knowledge of the factors of sexual abuse can the build on the interdisciplinary combat. This thesis is divided into severals chapters that deal with this issue. It introduces the basic topics of sexual abuse – definition of sexual abuse, commercial sexual exploitation and forms. It offers a typology of offenders CSA and CSEC and the view from the perspective of the Criminal code.
