Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje mobilním genetickým elementům, převážně plazminům, schopným kódovat si a přijímat geny pro antibiotickou rezistenci. K jejich šíření dochází horizontálním genovým přenosem. Pro samotné udržování v buňkách si vytvořily několik systémů segregační stability, které zajišťují co nejmenší pravděpodobnost ztráty plazmidu při dělení. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with mobile genetic elements, especially plasmids, which are able to code and accept genes for antibiotic resistence. Plasmids spread via horizontal gene transfer. They created several stability segregational systems for maintaining in cells, which ensures the lowest probability of loosing them after.
