Cílem této diplomové práce s názvem „Spokojenost zákazníka ve vybraném odvětví“ je analyzovat spokojenost zákazníků v odvětví doručování zásilek a následně zkonstruovat a ověřit model spokojenosti zákazníků v daném odvětví. The aim of this diploma thesis entitled "Customer satisfaction in a selected industry" is to analyze customer satisfaction in the parcel delivery industry and then to construct and verify a model of customer satisfaction in this industry.
