Case law of the Supreme Administrative Court
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou judikatury Nejvyššího správního soudu, její závazností a vlivu na daňovou a účetní praxi, dále základními zásadami daňové kontroly a jejím průběhem. V poslední části této bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny a rozebrány konkrétní příklady judikatury Nejvyššího správního soudu včetně jejich zhodnocení v návaznosti na daňovou praxi.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with case law of the Supreme Administrative Court, its legal liability and its influence to the tax and accounting practice, furthermore with tax inspection and its process. In the last part of this bachelor thesis are presented and discussed specific examples of case law of Supreme Administrative Court including its evaluation according to the tax practice.
