Measures of General Nature within Surface Transportation Regulation
Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na postavení opatření obecné povahy v regulaci pozemní dopravy. Práce popisuje právní prostředky regulace pozemní dopravy, které svojí povahou naplňují znaky opatření obecné povahy, přičemž největší pozornost je věnována dopravnímu značení. Opomenut nezůstává ani soudní přezkum těchto právních aktů, jenž je proveden na příkladu dopravních značení.
Abstract:
The submmited thesis is focused on position of measures of general nature within the surface tansportation regulation. The thesis discribes surface traffic regulating administrative acts which accomplish elements of measure of general nature. The biggest attention is paid to traffic signs.
