Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou subsystému řízení pracovního výkonu, odměňování, motivace a poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of work performance management subsystem, remuneration, motivation and provision of employee benefits.
