Revitalization of this cultural historic monument and its use

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to characterize cultural - historical monuments and cultural heritage. In the theoretical part, we have devoted ourselves to the revitalization of cultural monuments as well as culture and tourism. We have also described what possibilities are in the use of cultural and historical monuments and we have also dealt with marketing communication in the cultural heritage. In the practical part, we dealt with a specific revitalization of the cultural monument to the hotel, where we also focused on the plan and financing of the reconstruction. We then described the current revitalized business, and we compared it with our competitors.

Abstract:

Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo charakterizovať kultúrno – historické pamiatky a kultúrne dedičstvo. V teoretickej časti sme sa venovali revitalizácii kultúrnych pamiatok ako aj kultúre a turizmu. Taktiež sme si popísali aké možnosti sú pri využití kultúrno – historických pamiatkach a zaobera li sme sa aj marketingovou komunikáciou v kultúrnom dedičstve. V praktickej časti sme rozobrali konkrétnu revitalizáciu kultúrnej pamiatky na hotel, kde sme sa zamerali aj na plán a financovanie rekonštrukcie. Následne sme popísali súčasný revitalizovaný podnik, a porovnali sme ho s konkurenciou.
