Práce je zaměřena na situaci řízení kariérního a profesního rozvoje zaměstnanců školy. Cílem je prozkoumat a zjistit, zda se ubírá správným směrem, popřípadě nalézt řešení ke zlepšení situace. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pojmy souvisejícími s danou problematikou a je také uvedena teorie kariérového rozvoje v návaznosti na další vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků.
