Obsahem diplomové práce je vliv řízení lidských zdrojů na budování firemní kultury. Pro porovnání byl vybrán sektor státní, konkrétně školství a sektor podnikatelský, konkrétně soukromá firma. The diploma thesis concentrates on the influence of human resources management on the corporate culture. The public sector from educational area was compared with the private company from business sector.
