Celý tento projekt se zabývá terminací transkripce. Hlavní cíl tohoto projektu je určit 3D strukturu CTD interagující domény (CTD) proteinu Pcf11 v komplexu s Nrd1 interagujícím motivem (NIM) proteinu Trf4 s využitím Nukleární Magnetické Resonance (NMR) a softwaru na výpočet struktury. The whole project is concerned with transcription termination. The prime goal was to determine the 3D structure of Pcf11p's CTD interaction domain (CID) in a complex with Trf4p's Nrd1 interaction motif (NIM) by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and structure calculation software.
