Methodology of creation internal accounting rules of company

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Metodika zpracování návrhu interních účetních směrnic firmy“ je shrnutí teoretických východisek, která upravují oblast tvorby a použití interních účetních směrnic v účetní jednotce, analýza podoby vnitropodnikových směrnic ve společnosti Mars Svratka, a.s. a případné návrhy na jejich změny či doplnění. Úvodní část práce je věnována teoretickým východiskům včetně v literatuře doporučovaným interním úpravám jednotlivých oblastí. V další části je stručně charakterizována společnost Mars Svratka, a.s., její činnost a organizační struktura. Následuje popis současného stavu interních směrnic, procesu jejich tvorby a revize a vyžadované náležitosti. Dále je systém směrnic celkově zhodnocen a jsou doporučena některá možná zlepšení. Na závěr je podrobněji rozebrána směrnice týkající se dlouhodobého majetku a navržen její nový obsah včetně příloh.

Abstract:

The dissertation entitled "The Methodology for Processing the Proposal for the Firm's Internal Accounting Directives" summarizes the theoretical foundations for the creation and use of internal accounting directives in the firm, an analyzes the internal directives at Mars Svratka, a.s. and presents ideas for changes or amendments. The first part of the text is devoted to theoretical foundations, including recommendations in professional literature for the internal treatment of individual areas. The next part of the work provides a brief description of Mars Svratka, a.s., the firm’s activities and organizational structure. This is followed by a description of the current internal directives, the process by which they are created and a review of the requisite matters. The system of directives is then evaluated and several possible improvements are recommended. The conclusion of the dissertation offers a more detailed analysis of the directives concerning long-term assets and a proposal for new content, including annexes.
