Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této práce je provést srovnání úvěrů ze stavebního spoření s hypotečními úvěry. Teoretická část podrobně popisuje stavební spoření, překlenovací úvěry, úvěry ze stavebního spoření a hypoteční úvěry. V praktické části jsou popsány vybrané stavební spo-řitelny a hypoteční banky. Main target of this work is draw a comparison between building saving loans and mortgage loans. The teoretical part is describing in detail building saving, bridging loans, building sa-ving loans and mortgage loans.
