Diplomová práce se zabývá instituty neplatnosti a neúčinnosti právních úkonů v insolvenčním řízení, které zabraňují neopodstatněnému zkracování majetkové podstaty. The thesis deals with institutes of invalidity and ineffectiveness of legal acts in insolvency proceeding which prevent underlying assets from being unlawfully reduced. Attention is also paid to the procedural aspects and consequences which are associated with these institutes.
