Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku sebe-řízených týmů, zejména v kontextu agilního vývoje softwaru. V rámci této práce je provedeno porovnání různých metodik vývoje softwaru. Práce také popisuje způsob zavádění sebe-řízených týmů do firemního prostředí. This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of self-directed teams, especially in the context of agile software development. Within this thesis, a comparison of different software development methodologies is made. The thesis also describes how self-directed teams are implemented in a corporate environment.
