Abstract:

Diplomová práce Hodnocení výkonnosti firmy po přechodu na vykazování v souladu s IFRS pro malé a střední firmy se zabývá zhodnocením výkonnosti vybraného podniku metodami finanční analýzy a srovnáním výsledků v případě, že společnost účtuje dle české účetní legislativy nebo dle Mezinárodních účetních standardů pro malé a střední firmy. První kapitoly popisují problematiku z teoretického hlediska, uvádí metody finanční analýzy a jejich výpočty, stručně shrnují historii a cíle vzniku Mezinárodních účetních standardů pro malé a střední firmy a přinášejí jejich srovnání s národní legislativou. V praktické části potom dochází k převodu účetní závěrky vybrané společnosti a k provedení samotné finanční analýzy v obou případech. Na závěr přichází zhodnocení výkonnosti a porovnání odlišností výsledků ukazatelů počítaných z účetní závěrky dle české účetní legislativy a těch ukazatelů počítaných z účetní závěrky dle Mezinárodních účetních standardů pro malé a střední podniky.

Abstract:

Master's thesis Appreciation of the company perfomance after the transformation to reporting in accordance with the IFRS for SMEs deals with the evaluation of the performance of a selected company by financial analysis methods and comparing the results in case the company charges according to Czech accounting legislation or in accordance with International Accounting standards for small and medium businesses. The first chapters describe the problem from a theoretical point of view, present methods of financial analysis and calculations, briefly summarize the history and goals of International accounting standards for small and medium businesses and bring their comparison with national legislation. In the practical part, there is a translation of the financial statements of the selected company and execution of the financial analysis in both cases. At the end of the thesis there is performance evaluation and comparison of results of parameters calculated from the financial statements in accordance with Czech accounting legislation and those calculated from financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards for SMEs.
