Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou podnikové kultury výrobních podniků Plzeňského kraje. Cílem práce je analyzovat současné trendy stávající a preferované podnikové kultury v podnicích ve vybraném kraji a na základě výsledků šetření navrhnout doporučení pro podniky. The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the corporate culture of production companies in the Pilsen region.
