Personal Data in Human Resource Management
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou osobních údajů v personalistice, jejich zpracováním a následně i jejich ochranou. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké osobní údaje organizace od svých zaměstnanců vyžadují a jak dále s těmito údaji nakládají a zabezpečují je proti zneužití.
