Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálním stavem daňové kontrolní praxe týkající se dvou daňový odpočtů u daně z příjmů - odpočtu na podporu výzkumu a vývoje a odpočtu na podporu odborného vzdělávání. Diploma thesis deals with the current status of tax audit practice regarding two income tax deductions - R&D tax deduction and specialized education tax deduction. The current legislation can raise taxpayers‘ uncertainty as well as current case-law which is rapidly progressing.
