Risk management in the organization

Abstract:

Záměrem předkládané diplomové práce je komplexní vysvětlení rizika a jeho návaznosti ve firmách a organizacích. Každý dobře profitující podnik by měl mít zavedený tzv. management rizik. Uvědomění si svých rizik, hrozeb a nebezpečí v podnikání je pozitivním prvkem a ne škodou. Každá organizace s těmito riziky může pracovat, ovlivňovat je, ba dokonce snižovat jejich dopad. Tímto vším jsem se ve své diplomové práci věnovala. Od teoretických východisek, které se týkají rizika a řízení rizik, až po následnou implementaci zjištěných poznatků do konkrétního podnikatelského subjektu. V závěru práce došlo k řešení rozebíraných oblastí a navržení vhodnějšího šetření problematických aspektů.

Abstract:

The aim of the submitted diploma thesis is a comprehensive explanation of risk and its continuity in companies and organizations. Every well-profit company should have so-called risk management in place. Awareness of yours risks, threats and dangers in business is a positive element and not a pity. Any organization can work with these risks, influence them, and even reduce their impact. I dealt with all this in my diploma thesis. From the theoretical basis, which related to risk and risk management, to the subsequent implementation of findings in a specific business entity. At the end of the work, the discussed areas were addressed and a more appropriate examination of problematic aspects was proposed.
