Abstract:

Postoje zaměstnavatelů soukromé a státní sféry v Ústeckém kraji k flexibilním pracovním režimům Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou flexibilních pracovních režimů, které, jak poukazuje práce, mohou být přínosem, ale také nevítanou změnou. Na problematiku je pohlíženo ze strany zaměstnavatelů. Cílem práce je zodpovědět hlavní výzkumnou otázku: „Jaké jsou bariéry a možnosti zavádění flexibilních forem práce u vybraných zaměstnavatelů státní a soukromé sféry v Ústeckém kraji?“ Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, kde jsem blíže popsala teoretické koncepty, které byly hlavním východiskem pro zkoumání. Druhá část se věnuje technice sběru dat a to formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. V poslední analytické části práce jsem uvedla a citacemi doložila získaná data z rozhovorů. Práce je zakončena závěrem, ve kterém jsou shrnuty poznatky z výzkumu propojené s teoretickými předpoklady.

Abstract:

Attitudes of employers in private and public sector to flexible working schemes in the Ústí nad Labem region This thesis deals with the flexible working arrangements, which, as the thesis suggests, may be beneficial, but also unwelcome change. Goal of this work is to answer the main question: „What are the barriers and possibilities for the implementation of flexible forms of work with selected employers public and private sector in the Ústí nad Labem region?“ The thesis is divided into a theoretical part where I described the concepts, which were the main starting point for research. The second part is devoted to the technique of date collection in the form of semi-structured interview. The last of the analysis I have presented and demonstrated the quotations date from interviews. The work ends with the conclusion, which summarizes the findings of research connected with the theoretical assumptions.
