Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou žebroty v České republice. Téma je zpracováno jak z historického hlediska, tak z pohledu současnosti. Práce je zaměřena i na zákonnou úpravu problému žebroty, kriminalizaci osob, které žebráním získávají obživu, a organizované žebrání. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of begging in the Czech Republic. The topic is dealt both from a historical perspective and from the perspective of the present. The work is also focused on the legal regulation of the problem of begging, the criminalization of people who receive livelihood by begging and organized begging.
