V této bakalářské práci byla řešena problematika podnikání, provedena definice podnikání, nastíněno právní prostředí a uveden příklad na vybrané účetní jednotce. U vybrané účetní jednotky vyla uvedena charakteristika, vývoj, pracovní náplň a problematické oblasti této firmy, jako rodinného podniku. In this bachelor thesis, business issues were dealt with, business definition was defined, the legal environment was defined and an example was given to the selected entity. The selected entity reported the characteristics, development, workload and problematic areas of this company as a family business.
