Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku vrozených vývojových vad u plodů, typy vad, způsoby detekce, příklady screeningových vyšetření, registraci zjištěných vad, možnosti řešení v dané oblasti, obsahem lékařské genetiky a rolí sestry v oblasti genetického poradenství a edukaci těhotných. Bachelor's work focuses on the problem of congenital defects of fetuses, types of defect detection capabilities, examples of screening tests, registration of identified defects, possible solutions in given area, with content of medical genetics and the role of nurses in the field of genetic counseling and education for pregnant women.
