Diplomová práce se zabývá souběhem základních pracovněprávních vztahů. V práci jsou podrobně rozebrány jednotlivé formy základních pracovněprávních vztahů, jejich výhody i nevýhody, a to jak z pohledu zaměstnance, tak i z pohledu zaměstnavatele. Various forms of basic labour relations are analysed, as well as their advantages and disadvantages from the perspective of both employees and employers.
