The goal of my bachelor thesis is to identify factors why a company doesn´t offer DPS as an employee benefit, with a focus on the public sector. Using academic literature, I identified factors that may influence the offer, such as: managers' attitude, salary conditions or interest in employee loyalty. Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je identifikácia faktorov, prečo podnik neponúka DPS ako zamestnanecký benefit, so zameraním na podniky vo verejnom sektore.
