Abstract:

Předkládaná práce se zabývá problematikou zapojení seniorů s demencí do aktivizačních činností. V teoretické části je popsaná problematika seniorů a stáří, aktivizačních činností, demence a sociální práce se seniory. Empirická část se zaměřuje na praktickou sociální práci se seniory s demencí v kontextu porozumění zapojení seniorů s demencí do aktivizačních činností. Výzkum nastínil způsoby chápání aktivizačních činností pracovníky, význam diagnostiky demence při sociální práci se seniory, problematiku individuálního plánování u seniorů s demencí, význam rodiny seniorů s demencí v sociální práci a význam činnosti dobrovolníků v zařízení při sociální práci se seniory s demencí. V závěru jsou shrnuty poznatky z výzkumu a nastíněna další výzkumná témata.

Abstract:

The presented work deals with integrating demented seniors in activating activities. In the theoretical part are presented themes of seniors and old, activiting activites, dementia and social work with seniors. The empirical part is focoused on practic social workwith seniors with dementia in the context of understanding the participation of older people with dementia in activating activities. The research outlined ways of understanding the activiting activities, the importance of diagnosing dementia in social work with seniors, the issue of individual planning for seniors with dementia, the importance of families of seniors with dementia in social work and the importance of volunteers in a facility in social work with seniors with dementia. The conclusion summarizes the findings of the research and outlines some research topics.
