Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku týrání dětí a související jevy. V práci je definován pojem dítěte a týrání, analyzováno postavení dítěte jako oběti či poškozeného, především jeho role nepřímé oběti domácího násilí. The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of child abuse and related phenomena. The thesis defines the notions of child and abuse, analyzes the status of the child as a victim or affected person, especially its role as an indirect victim of domestic violence.
