Cost Analysis and Calculation System in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Bakalářské práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů a kalkulačního systému ve vybrané firmě. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktikou část. V teoretické části se zaměřím na rozdělení a definování nejdůležitějších pojmů. Z oblasti nákladů, to jsou například pojetí, klasifikace a modelování nákladů s následným rozděle-ním. Z oblasti kalkulací to jsou kupříkladu metody kalkulací. Tyto poznatky budou následně použity v praktické části práce. V praktické části se následně budu zabývat samotnou analýzou. Nejprve představím společnost, její technologie, sortiment a hospodaření. Následovat bude analýza nákladů, především podle druhového členění, fixních a variabilních nákladů a přímých a nepřímých nákladů. Následně provedu analýzu kalkulačního systému a kalkulací v podniku. Poslední část zkoumá provozní páku, bod zvratu nebo bezpečnostní podnikatelskou rezervu. Závěrem vše zhodnotím a navrhnu možné zlepšení a doporučení pro podnik.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with cost analysis and calculation system in a selected company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I will focus on the division and definition of the most important terms. From the area of costs that are, for example the concept, classification and costs modeling with subsequent division. In the area of calculations that are, for example, methods of calculation. These findings will then be used in the practical part of the thesis. In the practical part, I will then deal with the analysis itself. First, I will introduce the company, its technology, range and economy. This will be followed by a cost analysis, mainly according to the type breakdown of fixed and variable costs and direct and indirect costs. Then I will make the analysis of the calculation system and the calculations in the company. The last part looks into the operating lever, the turning point or the safety business reserve. In the end, I will evaluate it all and suggest possible improvements and recommendations for the company.
