Cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnání veřejnoprávních médií ve Velké Británii a Československa později České republiky. Zabývá se veřejnoprávními médii od jejich vzniku v obou zemích až po současnost. Seznamuje se současným postavnením médií veřejné služby, jejich regulací, financováním a rovněž porovnává programové charakteristiky rozhlasového i televizího vysílání v obou zemích. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare public media in the UK and Czechoslovakia, later on the Czech Republic. It deals with public media from its inception in the two countries through the present. It introduces the current position of public service media, their regulation, financing and also compares the characteristics of radio and television broadcasting in both countries.
