Zastoupení v římském právu - adjektické žaloby

Representation in Roman Law - actiones adiecticiae qualitatis
Abstract:
Cílem předkládané práce bylo co nejkomplexněji ozřejmit institut přímého a nepřímého zastoupení v římském právu. Nepřímé zastoupení bylo zcela jednoznačně detektováno v příkazní smlouvě (mandatum), nepřikázaném jednatelství (negotiorum gestio) a v jednání tutores et curatores. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was to explain the legal institute of direct and indirect representation in Roman law. The indirect representation was detected in mandatum, negotiorum gestio and in the action of tutores and curatores. The direct representation was find in actiones adiecticiae qualitatis and in the negotiations of slaves in ancient Rome.
