Cílem práce je zanalyzovat požadavky na webový portál státní správy, které vycházejí z legislativy a také ze zadávacích dokumentací veřejných zakázek. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the requirements for the web portal of the state administration that are based on legislation and also on tender documentation of public procurements. Subsequently, a market research of content management systems is performed and the most suitable system is selected based on the analysis.
