Criminality of children and youth

Abstract:

Práce se věnuje celosvětové problematice, a to kriminalitou dětí a mládeže. Hlavní náplní teoretické části je vymezit a charakterizovat pojmy, trestnou činnost mládeže, druhy trestné činnosti, kterých se nejčastěji dopouští a opatření ukládaná soudem mládeže. Dále se zabývá problematikou školní mládeže, zejména šikanou, kyberšikanou a záškoláctvím a popisuje, jakými výchovnými prostředky a speciálními pedagogy každá škola disponuje. Praktická část má za cíl zjistit, s jakými trestnými činy či deliktním jednáním se za posledních 5 let potýkaly základní a střední školy v Karlových Varech. K získání podstatných informací pro výzkum byla využita kvantitativní metoda. Dotazovanou skupinou se staly ředitelé/ředitelky těchto škol, u nichž byl použitý strukturovaný rozhovor a druhou skupinou dotazovaných jsou studenti jedné základní a jedné střední školy, ve věku dvanácti až osmnácti let, kterým byly předány níže specifikované dotazníky.

Abstract:

Work focuses on global issues, and criminality of children and youth. The main focus of the theoretical part is to define and characterize the concepts, criminal activity of youth, types of crime, which is the most frequently committed and the measures imposed by the court youth. It also deals with the issue of school youth, particularly bullying, cyberbullying and truanting and describes, such as educational resources and special teachers each school has. The practical part aims to find out what crimes or tort action for the past 5 years experienced elementary and high school Carlsbad school. To obtain the essential information for the research was used quantitative method. Responding group have become directors/director of these schools, for which was used a structured interview and the second group of respondents are the students of one primary and one secondary school, at the age of twelve up to eighteen years of age, which were handed the specified questionnaires
