Abstract:
Moje bakalářská práce je zaměřena na objasnění pojmu sdružení bez právní subjektivity. V práci je poohlíženo na sdružení z právního hlediska, jsou zde vysvětleny všechny důležité právní operace se sdružením, dále se v práci zaměřuji také na účetní a daňová hlediska. V poslední kapitole je popsáno, co by měla smlouva o sdružení obsahovat.
Abstract:
My bachelor thesis is focused on clarifying the concept of an association of natural persons without legal personality. This work demonstrates an association of legal terms are explained all the important legal transactions with the association, and also I aim at acounting and taxation standpoints. In the last chapter describes what contract of association should include.
