Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na provedení analýzy systému hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců společnosti Šlechtitelské stanice vinařské Velké Pavlovice, a.s. Jejím cílem je na základě analýz a dotazníkového šetření navrhnout nový systém.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the evaluation and remuneration system of the employees of the company Šlechtitelská stanice vinařská Velké Pavlovice, a.s. and its analysis. The main aim of the thesis is to create the proposal for new evaluation and remuneration system based on analysis and questionnaires.
