Diplomová práce Sociální práce v trestní justici - Součinnost PMS ČR a Policie ČR v přípravném řízení trestním se zabývá problémy, které mohou vznikat při uplatňování prvků restorativní justice v přípravném řízení trestním v činnosti policistů Policie ČR a úředníků Probační a mediační služby ČR při práci s klientem.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis, Social work in pend justice – cooperation of PMS and Police of Czech republic in penal pre-trial deals with problems which can arise when applying elements of restoration justice in penal pre-trial in proceeding of policemen of Police of Czech republic and officials of Probační a mediční služba Czech republic when working with client.
