Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou oceňování nemovitostí v České republice a ve vybraných evropských zemích. The work deals with valuation of property in Czech Republic and in selected European countries. It includes analysis of methods applied in the Czech Republic, Federal Republic of Germany and Great Britain.
