Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá přístupy městských samospráv k regulaci technických her na základě Obecně závazných vyhlášek. Cílem práce je poukázat na prostorovou diferenciaci jednotlivých typů regulace a jejich početnost na území České republiky v rámci aktuálně platné legislativy.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with approach of municipal government to the regulation of technical games in case of Generally binding ordinances. Main goal of this thesis is to show spatial differentiation of regulation types and their quantity in case of Czech republic according to the current valid legislation.
