Cílem této práce bylo zjistit možnosti využití programované teploty a programovaného složení mobilní fáze pro zlepšení separace fenolických a flavonoidních látek v kapalinové chromatografii v systému s obrácenými fázemi. Měření byla prováděna jak izotermálně tak při gradientu teploty. Všechna měření byla provedena v mobilní fázi složené z metanolu a pufru. Separace flavonoidních látek byla provedena …more

A goal of this thesis was to determine the possibilities of the temperature-programmed and solvent-programmed separation of phenolic acids and flavonoids using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.
