The legal language using the example of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. A terminological comparison of the German and Czech versions.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and its German version. The aim of this thesis is to create a list of equivalent terms in German and Czech languages, written in their context, which are selected from the third part of the CISG.
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se soustředí na Úmluvu OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží a její německou verzi. Jádro tvoří seznam ekvivalentních výrazů v německém a českém jazyce, uvedených v kontextu, které jsou vybrány z třetí kapitoly Vídeňské úmluvy.
