The Proposal of Long-Term and Short-Term Financial Plans of ZAPA beton a.s.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je orientována na sestavení návrhu dlouhodobého a krátkodobého finančního plánu společnosti ZAPA beton a.s. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části, jimiž jsou část teoretická a část praktická. Teoretická část je zpracována na základě literární rešerše týkající se finančního plánování, analýzy společnosti, dlouhodobého a krátkodobého finančního plánu společnosti. V úvodu praktické části je představena společnost, pro kterou je práce zpracována. Dále se tahle část práce zabývá analýzou okolí společnosti, návrhem dlouhodobého finančního plánu a návrhem krátkodobého finančního plánu. Po provedení výpočtů výše zmíněných oblastí je zpracováno zhodnocení přínosů provedeného projektu. V závěru práce je uvedena rekapitulace nejvýznamnějších informací a shrnutí celkové situace společnosti za analyzované období.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the proposal of long-term and short-term financial plans of ZAPA beton a.s. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, which are the theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is based on a literature search on financial planning, company analysis, long-term and short-term financial planning of the company. In the introduction to the practical part selected company is introduced. Furthermore, this part is focused on the analysis of the surroundings in the company, the proposal of a long-term financial plan and the proposal of a short-term financial plan. After calculations of the abovementioned areas, an evaluation of the benefits of the implemented project is processed. At the end of the work is a recapitulation of the most important information and a summary of the overall situation of the selected company for the analyzed period.
