Abstract:

Halmová, V. Identifikace faktorů ovlivňující výkonnost podniků v odvětví strojírenství. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita, 2020.Cílem práce je identifikovat faktory ovlivňující výkonnost podniků v odvětví strojírenství a stanovit návrhy pro zvýšení této výkonnosti. První část práce se věnuje přehledu současných poznatků z oblasti měření výkonnosti a finanční analýzy. Dále jsou v práci analyzovány vybrané podniky z odvětví strojírenství, kdy je využit i ukazatel ekonomické přidané hodnoty a jsou identifikovány vlivné faktory na výkonnost podniků. Na tomto základě jsou stanovena doporučení s vlivem na růst výkonnosti pro podniky v odvětví.

Brno: Mendel University, 2020.The aim of the thesis is to identify factors affecting the business performance in industry sector and to propose solutions for improving the business performance. The first part of the thesis deals with the current overview of state in the field of business performance measurement and financial analysis. The selected companies from the industry sector are analysed in the next part of the thesis. For this purpose, the economic value added is used as well and factors affecting the business performance are identified. At the end of the thesis a few recommendations are proposed for the companies and their performance in industry sector.
