Tématem této diplomové práce je vývoj rodinného práva ve Třetí říši (1939-1945). Práce je členěna na obecnou a zvláštní část, načež obecná část je věnována povaze nacistického práva, právním principům či ideologickým základům práva ve Třetí říši. The subject of this thesis is the development of family law in the Third Reich (1939-1945). The thesis is divided into a general and a special part, whereupon the general part is devoted to the nature of the Nazi law, legal principles, or ideological foundations of the law in the Third Reich.
